4. AI Services and Third-Party Models

Our Service integrates AI models from third-party providers including but not limited to open source models and proprietary models like Google (Gemini), OpenAI, and Anthropic. We:

• May change or discontinue AI providers at our discretion

• Reliance on generated information
• Distribution or publication of content
• Any violations of third-party rights
• Any regulatory or legal non-compliance

5. Prohibited Uses and Content

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:

• Generate, promote, or distribute:
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment content
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Violence or gore
  • Terrorist content or extremist propaganda
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Spam or unsolicited marketing
  • Fraudulent or deceptive content
  • Content that impersonates others
  • Misinformation or disinformation
  • Content promoting illegal activities
  • Content violating others' privacy
• Attempt to:
  • Bypass system limitations or security measures
  • Access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with Service operations
  • Scrape or bulk download content
  • Reverse engineer the Service

5.2 Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts

5.3 Evidence Retention

In cases of violations, we may:

• Preserve communication records
• Retain data beyond normal retention periods if required for legal proceedings

5.4 Reporting Violations

6. Compliance and Regulations

6.1 Content Guidelines

Generated content must not:

• Promote hate speech or discrimination
• Contain explicit or adult content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spread misinformation or fake news
• Engage in political campaigning
• Generate spam or unwanted communications

7. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment
• Extended inactivity
• Legal requirements

Upon termination:

• Access is immediately revoked
• Personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy
• You retain rights to previously generated content
• No refunds for current billing period

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless natalabs L.L.C-FZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your content
• Your interaction with other users

9. User Obligations

• Maintain accurate account information
• Use the Service in compliance with laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to hack the Service
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

10. Service Availability and Updates

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Data Processing Agreement

For users subject to GDPR, these Terms include our Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Intellectual Property

All content generated using our Service remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Account Inactivity and Data Access

We reserve the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for more than three months, particularly those on free plans or with unpaid balances. Additionally, we may remove all data associated with accounts on free plans.

Access to platform tools and generated content is restricted to paid plans. Users moving from a paid to a free plan will lose access to their data until they upgrade back to a paid plan. If an account is terminated due to inactivity, access to data is permanently lost.

This policy ensures fair use of our resources and maintains the quality of service for all users.
